I just finished watching Rozen Maiden. Wow, what an awesome series. I really liked the whole hikikomori theme throughout. It hit pretty close to home as I have a mild version of that. Suffice to say that I'm more than simply a shut-in. I could write creepy stories about the panic attacks I get when I have to go out and be around people. How I ever ended up married I'll never know. Anyway. Didn't have much else to say about it. It's good. If you haven't seen it yet, you should. It's only 12 episodes, 3 dvds. Worth every penny. Oddly, I felt really bad for the villain. I still feel like there was something that Jun could have done for her, being what he turned out to be. Oh well, I'm a sucker for endings that resolve positively for villains who aren't black and white.

I'll wager that someone has written fan-fiction about it. I think it would make a good story.
